解決辦法
進入BIOS開啟虛擬化就可以了
PowerEdge R410 BIOS開啟虛擬化的方法：
1、重新機器，在開機畫面的右上角出現提示后，按F11 鍵（按下后顯示Enter Bios Booting Manager，大約需要等待1分鐘）進如BIOS設置。
2、進入BIOS選項后選擇 第五項 “System Setup”項，按 Enter 鍵。
3、進入選項卡后，選擇 第四項 “Process Settings”，按 Enter 鍵。
4、進入選項卡后，選擇 第五項 “Virtualization Technology”， 按 “+”號鍵，將 “Disable”修改為“Enable”（并確認為Enable）。
5、按 Esc 鍵一次，彈出三個選項，選擇第一項 “Save changs and exit”。
6、選擇后機器自動重啟。設置完成。
